About the Information We Collect
The Website is an educational and entertainment online community. When you register for the Website or request technical support, you provide us with certain "Personal Information", such as your name, your email address, your telephone number, your address, your gender and any other personal or preference information about you or your parent or guardian. As part of the registration process, each Subscriber creates a personal profile, which contains the Personal Information that the Subscriber chooses to include (your Personal Information and all other registration information is collectively referred to herein as "Subscriber Information"). SBM may also collect Subscriber Information if you participate in any polls, surveys or contests that may appear on the Website.
If you choose to interact with other Subscribers, some of your Subscriber Information may be disclosed to the other Subscribers. You should be aware that some of the Subscriber Information can be read, collected, or used by Subscribers to whom it is disclosed, and could be used improperly to send you unsolicited messages. SBM is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to disclose or for others' misuse of such information. Any misuse or improper collection of Subscriber Information provided is a violation of the Terms of Use Agreement and should be reported immediately to service@teamangie.com.
Each time you visit the Website, we automatically collect your IP address and the web page from which you came. We also use cookies and/or web beacons to keep track of your activities on the Website and enhance your experience on the Website. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. By default, we use a persistent cookie that stores your login ID (but not your password) to make it easier for you to login when you come back to the Website. Third party advertisers on the Website may also place or read cookies on your browser. You can remove or block this cookie using the settings in your browser although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on our site and you may be required to re-enter your password more frequently during a session. Cookies do not read information stored on your hard drive or files generated by cookies deriving from other website servers. Web beacons allow us to count the number of Subscribers who have visited a particular page or section of the Website.
Children Under Age 13
SBM does not knowingly collect or solicit information of any nature from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to become Subscribers. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, such as but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal or other information to or on the Website. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, regardless of verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us immediately at service@teamangie.com.
Teens Between the Ages of 13 and 16
Fore safety, the profiles of all Subscribers between the ages of 13 and 16 will be kept private. We recommend that minors over the age of 13 ask their parents or legal guardians for permission before registering at the Website or sending any information about themselves to anyone via the Website or over the Internet in general.
How We Use The Information You Disclose
We use your Subscriber Information to help us efficiently operate the Website and to contact you in connection with your transactions and other activities on the Website. We also use Subscriber Information to send you notifications regarding new services offered by SBM or promotions of services that SBM is undertaking with third parties that we think you may find valuable.
We do not provide Subscriber Information to third party marketers if you have directed us not to do so. We may, however, share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners and advertisers. This could include third parties with whom we choose to offer joint promotions or services. This information does not identify individual users.
We share your Subscriber Information with third parties only in limited circumstances where we believe such sharing is reasonably necessary to offer the Website service, legally required or permitted by you.
To operate the Website, including processing your transactions and supporting your activities on the Website, we may share your Subscriber Information with our agents, representatives, contractors and service providers so they can provide us with support services such as authorization of PayPal transactions, email origination, receipt or support services, customer relationship management services, order fulfillment and contests and promotional fulfillment. We require these entities not to use your information for any other purpose.
We may be required to disclose your identity, contact information and other Subscriber Information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We do not reveal such information until we have a good faith belief that an information request by law enforcement or private litigants meets applicable legal standards. Additionally, we may share your identity, contact information and other Subscriber Information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, to protect our interests or property, to prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through the Website, or to prevent imminent bodily harm. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, agents or government agencies.

The account of every Subscriber is password-protected. SBM takes appropriate precautions to protect our Subscribers' information. Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall. Unfortunately, perfect security does not exist on the Internet, and therefore, SBM makes no representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of these security measures. Always be careful and responsible regarding your personal information.

If you have any questions about the security of the SBM Website, please contact us immediately at service@teamangie.com.
Changes in SBM's Privacy Policy
From time to time, we may make changes to this Privacy Policy. If we make changes, we will post those changes on the Website so Subscribers are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately. If we decide to change our policy about how we use Subscribers' personally identifiable information, we will notify Subscribers by posting a notice on our Website at least 30 days prior to implementing such change.
